This document discloses the risks associated with using the KotKit Market platform. Please read this document carefully before using the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you understand and accept the risks listed.
1. Technological risks
- Campaign moderation: reward payout depends on passing the Advertiser’s moderation under the rules of the specific campaign
- TikTok availability: features available in TikTok may change without notice — this may affect publication timing and format
- Service availability: the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons
2. Regulatory risks
- Advertising law: tighter requirements for the labelling and moderation of advertising content may limit campaign functionality
- Tax changes: changes to the rules for taxing income from services in Russia may affect Creators’ tax obligations
- Sanctions: international sanctions may restrict access to payment providers
3. Market risks
- Marketplace demand: the volume of available tasks depends on the number of active campaigns and is not guaranteed
- Competition: the emergence of competing platforms may reduce demand and supply on KotKit Market
4. Operational risks
- TikTok: changes to TikTok’s API, Terms of Service or algorithms may disrupt the Platform’s operation or make it impossible
- TikTok account actions: TikTok may restrict or block a Creator’s account under its own rules, resulting in loss of access and the inability to complete a task
- Payment providers: YooKassa may change its terms, suspend service or cease operations
- Project discontinuation: the Platform may cease operations, which would affect the availability of services and accumulated bonus points
5. Financial risks
- Income instability: the volume of available tasks for Creators depends on the number of active campaigns and is not guaranteed
- Forfeiture: rewards and fees may be forfeited in the event of a breach of terms or failed verification
- Holding period: rewards in rubles are credited after a holding period set by the campaign rules — funds are not available instantly
- Taxes: participants are solely responsible for paying their taxes; failure to do so may result in penalties
6. Security risks
- Phishing: fraudsters may create fake websites or apps imitating KotKit. Always check the URL (kotkit.pro) and download the app only from official sources
- Account security: you are fully responsible for keeping your password and authorization data safe in KotKit and TikTok
- Unauthorized access: despite the security measures applied, the risk of hacking or a data leak cannot be completely ruled out
