How to install KotKit as an app

KotKit can run as a normal website or as an installed app: home-screen icon, standalone window, and system notifications.

01

Android and desktop

Chrome, Edge, and other Chromium browsers can show the install button automatically.

If it does not work

The install button did not appear

Open the page in Chrome/Edge on Android or desktop. iPhone does not support an install prompt: use Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen.

There is no push on iPhone

Make sure KotKit was added to the Home Screen through Safari and opened from the icon. Notifications are not enabled from a normal Safari tab.

Notifications are blocked

Open browser site settings or system notification settings and allow notifications for KotKit. Then tap the notification enable button again.
